# Cachet Suite > Cachet is a family of six apps from Epiphani Studios for the people you meet: Cachet Card, > Cachet Conference, Cachet Contacts, Cachet Inbox, Cachet Calendar and Cachet Invite. > Each app works on its own, with its own site and its own published pricing. > Version 1.2.0. Updated 2026-11-03. ## The naming rule (stated because it is the most common confusion) - "Cachet" alone is the FAMILY: the name for the apps together. - Each product is always named in full: Cachet Card, Cachet Conference, Cachet Contacts, Cachet Inbox, Cachet Calendar, Cachet Invite. Never abbreviate any of them to the bare word. - Cachet Suite is the bundle covering all six. ## The six, and what each does today - Cachet Card (cachetcard.com): a digital business card. Six designs, six intro animations, six color schemes. The recipient receives a standard vCard 3.0 contact file with an embedded photo, served at /c//contact.vcf, and saves it in one tap with no app on either side. Free to make; Pro is $9.99 a month billed annually. - Cachet Conference (cachetconference.com): an iPhone and iPad app. Each event holds the agenda and your research on everyone on the attendee list, ranked by who you most want to meet: face, what they want, your angle, the line to open with. One swipe per person; works offline; met, follow-up and notes sync between iPhone and iPad through your Epiphani account. First event free with every Pro feature; Pro $14.99 a month billed annually. Join the list at cachetconference.com. - Cachet Contacts (cachetcontacts.com): an AI contacts manager for the address book you already have. Turns business cards, screenshots or the whole book into clean contacts, finds missing faces and company logos, merges duplicates. Every change previewed first; any batch can be undone. Mac app and web app. Dedupe, search and full export are free. - Cachet Inbox (cachetinbox.com): the relationship layer inside Gmail. The pipeline in the thread being read, with a send signal judged from real replies and meetings rather than open counts. Free tier. - Cachet Calendar (cachetcalendar.com): a public booking page plus a full browser calendar client on Google Calendar. Free/busy polled live at booking time and re-checked at confirm. Every time rendered in BOTH the host's zone and the invitee's zone, both formatted from one UTC instant. Standing instructions in plain English that become real busy time on the booking page. Free to start. A real booking page open to anyone: cachetcalendar.com/b/demo. - Cachet Invite (cachetinvite.com): engraved invitations for invite-only gatherings. Every guest gets their own invitation and answers in one tap with no account; the guest list remembers replies and dietary needs across a recurring group's gatherings. $199 per gathering up to 50 guests, $399 up to 150, $999 a year for a recurring group. ## What actually connects them A card shared from Cachet Card lands in Cachet Contacts as a kept contact, with its context. Before the next event, Cachet Conference ranks who to meet. The follow-up is Cachet Inbox's job, the meeting is Cachet Calendar's, and the next gathering is Cachet Invite's. Each seam is a plain handoff. ## Pricing (published, not behind a form) - Each app publishes its own pricing at /#pricing. - Cachet Suite (all six): $49.99/month billed annually ($599.88/year), or $69.99 month to month. Includes Cachet Conference Pro and, on annual plans, one Cachet Invite gathering of up to 50 people a year; more gatherings at Cachet Invite's own prices. Business: $69.99 per seat per month billed annually, three seat minimum. - Paid bundle: join the list at mailto:hello@epiphani.studio?subject=Cachet%20Suite - Comparison basis, each read off the vendor's own pricing page on 2026-11-02 or 2026-11-03: Blinq Premium $9.99/mo ($7.33 annual); Covve Essential $12/seat/mo; Mesh Pro $10/mo; Shortwave Business $30/seat/mo; Calendly Standard $10/seat/mo billed yearly; Paperless Pro $250/year for 250 guests.
